Below are the KMCA Proposed Amended Bylaws and the KMCA Amended Bylaw Voting Ballot.
Since the Spring Conference was cancelled due to COVID-19, this will be on the agenda for the July 29, 2020 Membership Meeting. Article X of the Bylaws states copies of the proposed amendments and a ballot should be submitted in writing or electronically to all members (20) days prior to the meeting.
